Low Carb Strawberry Smoothie

I love a good smoothie every now and then, but most smoothies are very high on carbs. Here’s my alternate version that is delicious and only 3.5 Net Carbs!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ice
  • 6 oz water
  • 2 tsp heavy whipping cream
  • 5 medium strawberries
  • 1 scoop Isopure Zero Carb Protein Powder (flavor is optional, I used the Cookies and Cream flavor)

Directions:
Put all ingredients except for the protein powder into a blender and blend on high until completely smooth. Add the protein powder and blend on medium until mixed in. *Adding the protein powder last keeps it from getting too foamy*
