Crockpot Steak Fajitas

Ready for the EASIEST, most DELICIOUS recipe ever?!? This recipe has only two ingredients and one step. Pair it with a salad and you have yourself the perfect keto meal.

Put the Skirt Steak in the crockpot first, top with the frozen fajita vegetables. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Now, I was already half way done with my meal by the time I decided to take pictures for you guys, so here’s my half eaten steak fajita salad. It contains romaine lettuce, guacamole, ranch dressing, shredded cheese and the fajita steak and veggies.

My family have theirs traditional-style with tortillas, since they aren’t on the keto diet. It’s a hit among all of us. Here are our leftovers, packed and ready to go in the fridge for tomorrow’s lunch.
