Keto doesn’t have to be hard. Nor boring. You don’t have to settle for a grilled chicken salad (not to diss grilled chicken salad – I love it!) everyday. You don’t have to grow all your own veggies. You don’t need special tools in the kitchen. You don’t have to use weird ingredients that you can’t find at your local grocery store. You don’t have to spend hours in the kitchen preparing made-from-scratch meals. The below meal took me about 15 minutes to prepare – and that included taking pics for you guys 🙂
Start with some olive oil and veggies. I bought these zucchini noodles and spiraled squash already washed, cut and ready to go at my local grocery store. Sautee the veggies until tender. Salt and pepper to taste.

Remove the veggies from the pan and throw in some shrimp. I got these shrimp in the frozen seafood section. I ran them under cold water in a colander while my veggies were cooking to thaw them out. You might need a little more olive oil or butter in your pan. Cook the shrimp until they are nice and pink

Next, pour in some Alfredo sauce. Once again, I did not make mine from Scratch. I used Bertolli Organic Creamy Alfredo sauce. Bring to a boil and then simmer to 3-5 minutes.

Now, mix in your veggies that you cooked earlier and you’re ready to serve it. Top it off with some parmesan cheese and enjoy! If it doesn’t fill you up, add a side salad. Voila! The perfect keto meal and you won’t even feel like it’s “diet food”.

What’s your favorite keto meal that I need to try??
